#1 Post at 24-12-2020 09:57  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L Using ID to book hotels for girls Been asked by a couple of girls stuck here to help book rooms for them to stay using my HKID while they pay for it themselves. *This particular girl has legal papers as she’s waiting to be deported back. So it’s a matter of some hotels not accepting this form of ID or status. Obvious risks especially now with the raids, of aiding an illegal, personal ramifications if you have an SO/family, etc. What’s everyone’s thoughts? Have you been asked? How have you handled it? If so the police let them out but they can't rent rooms because they only have walk papers ? The first thing you should to do is to check if these papers are acceptable by hotels or guest houses … logically if they are released they should be able to rent accommodations If they are staying at any hotel no matter who rents the room, under new rules even as guest of the room guest they have to provide proof of identity anyway [ Last edited by  twiceAweek at 24-12-2020 20:09 ]
