Taking the stairs instead of elevator when I'm at walk ups

Seriously tho just get in on some major compound exercises few sessions a week is good enough. Squats, bench press, deadlifts, pull ups, standing military press, etc. Then add on more targeted lifts of you have time and energy but at least hit those big lifts.

You'll never out work your diet tho. You can be in shape as in very strong but look flabby especially since it's so easy to eat too much calories while in hk. So much food out there that are calorie dense and full of carbs and fat.

One Cardio exercise per week, usually 10Km.

3 gym sessions per week minimum, weight training. With 10-15 mins cardio the end of each session.

A couple of late night walks after dinner, maybe 4-5Km..

It is also about eating healthy. Less meat, less crappy carbs. You just need to find something that suits you.

I wake up everyday at 5am and practise martial arts for 2 hours.  Which include practising my Shotokan Karate Kata and beating the shit out of a punching bag.

Agree with you, a healthy diet is important. I only know simple cooking. l prepare these breakfast for my family during home office.
Mon.   Fried egg, avocado toast, carrot, berries
Tue.     Boiled egg, yogurt with tropical fruits
Wed.    Sweet potato tots, veggie omelette, berries
Thur.    Breakfast burrito with scrambled egg, avocado, salsa,
            tomato
Fri.      Blueberry pancake, fried egg, tropical fruits
Sat.     Spinach scramble, avocado, berries
Sun.   Almond waffle, scrambled egg,  tropical fruits

where are you getting your berries, what kind of berries and for what prices?

I find fresh and frozen berries rather expensive in Hong Kong

I am based in Shenzhen, if you go to the foreign markets here, the pricing is crazy.

I used to pay up to 50RMB for a box of blueberries that lasted a week, if you are lucky...

Then I had a Chinese friend take me to the little Chinese markets and I saved a fortune on fruit and meat. I went from paying 50RMB to 10 or 12RMB, and usually they last longer too.

@Alex_French - agree, once I changed up my diet I found myself feeling much better in the morning. More energy in the afternoons, the amount of sugar I was consuming from coffee and food was hard to get over, but great now.

Early AM HIIT and intermittent fasting (12 hours fully off, 10 hours good fuel food) seems to mostly do it. But add some weights or combat sports once a week. And never forget deep stretching, for those trickier positions!

Poached egg is also good. The kids like vegetables stir fry with scrambled egg. I just cook it for them. You can also use almond flour and egg to make low calorie pancake and waffle.

I am not prepared for any race now and don't follow a very strict diet. For lunch, l usually take rice vermicelli or ho fun in beef broth served with brisket and Chinese cabbage.

Strawberry and blueberry are not expensive in local market or Welcome/Parknshop. Around a bit more than 10 dollars for 1 pack of blueberry (100-125g).
Of course, strawberry from Japan, raspberry and blackberry are more expensive.

I found Walmart in Shenzhen has many cheap and good fruits. You can find passion fruit, pomegranate there.

Agree that strawberries aren't that bad.  

I guess I complain more because the quality of the berries are not good even if the price is lower.

Competitive sports can be hit or miss, you can't sleep after a big match anyway but the boner depends on the result.

I jog 3 Km and do 10 minutes of push-ups and squatting every day. This does not make my body in great shape but I feel healthy-enough though.
