When are walkups least crowded / best time to prowl ?

Basically the title.
I usually visit walkups on HK island after work at around 8-9 pm on thursday / friday but 80% to 90% of the girls are busy. I assume most other punters have the same schedule (after work + end of work week) ? Is that correct ?
So I often end up leaving because i dont want to just settle for the first one that's available and I don't really want to wait for someone to be finished with the girl i'll go with.

Therefore, I would like to know, in your experience, at what time are most of the girls available ? What's the best time / weekday to have the choice and be picky ?

Side question, have you noticed a time when service is consistently better ?
My thinking is, could there be a noticeable difference in the quality of service when you go in a walkup in early afternoon (when you're most likely the first customer of the day).
Or when you go late evening (hence probably NOT the first customer of the day) ?

The thoughts of more experienced punters would be much appreciated.
Thanks for reading!

Personal experience for walk ups:
1. Weekday  6pm - 9pm is the most crowded. Consistent with your theory that people knock off at that time.
2. I notice WGs eat their dinner at that same time. I once went in right after a meal and she had food coma, so she was a little sleepy. Not great service.
3. Weekdays 1pm - 4pm should be the least crowded.
4. Weekends tend to be less crowded as compared to weekday evenings so sometimes i prefer weekends.
5. There seems to be lesser WGs now, probably due to the protests last week. Be careful of fake "busy" signs, there simply isnt anyone inside. I know because sometimes I see pimps cleaning the room, and I observe a lot.
6. I avoid closing time (1am-2am) because I suspect service would be poor and popular ones would be tired. Once, I had a WG ask me for more tips because business was poor that day -.-
7. I tend to prefer weekends, the crowd is more spread out and theres no congestion.

Other bros feel free to chip in

Do those guidelines also apply to saunatype places like Kama/Mia? I've only been once and went after drinks with coworkers (9-ish at night). Work is sending me back to HK soon and I figured I might mix it up and try a weekend and an afternoon next time. Good idea?

Sorry to hijack the thread...didn't feel this deserved opening a whole new one.
