I found the list of acronyms and other guides but didn’t find anything that explained what these (part-time buddy) and others mean. If someone could link me to the info it would be greatly appreciated.

That could be why most of them do not list an address, just a phone number. In reality, I think most of them are pros and that section is no different from the "141 walk ups" section in the Gal db. "Honey girls" are usually working in hotels and they mostly come from mainland China. "Exotic" are the same thing, but Russians and Eastern Europeans. In both cases you go see them for sex, not for massages or companionship.
