Which region of Kuala Lumpur to stay in to be close to affordable action?

There are a couple massage and FS places I've read about on the forums but unfortunately there aren't really that many reports on KL. I'll be in KL shortly and was wondering where I should book my accommodation so that I'm within easy distance of some good affordable FS places.

I really don't want to go to clubs or bars or KTVs. Just cheap sub-200 ringgit places or even SWs.

I think there are a lot more play options for punters of asian descent.
Grab is insanely cheap in Malaysia. So you do not have to worry about staying at which areas.
I like staying at Imbi area, lots of food options.... good shopping as its near Berjaya times Square and Pavillion.
Its also walking distance to Saboon spa and Beach club. Do take a grab though..it only costs 5 ringgit.
Heading over to Puchong area will take 30mins and cost around 25 ringgit.
Have fun!

I stayed at the Westin in Bukit Bintang, great location.  Convenient to everything, and one block from Sky River.
Walking distance to Beach Club and Thai Club.

I’m a long time visitor to KL, generally I stay in the Shangrila, which is 5 minutes from BC and TC and totally girl friendly.

A lot of the BC Viets I have spoken to over the years have said they are regulars in the Shangrila beds as it’s so near and easy. B’fast is good as is the gym.

Other hotels are the Mandarin and the Sheraton, both within walking distance even in heels.  Fraser Suites is good option, slightly cheaper than the previous three. The further out you go, the more you may need a taxi at night, which exposes you KL’s notorious taxi rip offs....
