I've had no issue iwth even a few hour meeting (realize that you are paying for travel time and expenses). No issues with the hotels (Regal, Holiday Inn Golden Mile), etc.  AS LONG as it's not too late at night.  If it is too late (past 1 a.m.), I will meet the girl outside and escort her to my room. I was in Korea last week at a 5 star.  It was 2 a.m., and the gal had to have access for the lift (it required a room key).  In this case, she had the front desk call my room, obtain my approval... and gave her access to the lift, etc. smb02

If it is not an overnight, what is the common rate? (eg. 1.5 x 1Q, 2Q price for 75 minutes, etc.) Also, are most providers willing to do this? or just a select few?

I have one of my favorites who is 3x rate... arrives at midnight and leaves aat noon.... three or four "pops" it typical.... along with a nice massage or head. Plan on feeding them (room service)..... a full stomach is a happy lady smb02

You will need to talk to them to setup an outcall. PS I posted this in the other outcall discussion thread - why dont you book in the hotels where the girls are working?
