I doubt it. Maybe there are, but I'd think 141 is a very discrete thing there. It's an islamic country and just staying in the same room, alone with a muslim girl, is an offense. They have capital pubishment for all number of seemingly trivial things.

There are 141 and similar services offrered there by the Chinese community in Malaysia, obviously not involving Muslim girls as that is a major no no. A lot of the hotel (not all) massage girls also work as service providers and will give hints to potential clients when they are giving the massage. There are also Karaoke joints that offer these kind of services, I have seen working girls near the Jalan Alor sidestreets who look worse than the 141 pork chops in HK, don't go there.

Also I have been told all the hotel girls there are closely managed by the local triads who are not as discrete as their HK counterparts. Heard stories of ppl getting roughed up just for complaining about unsatisfactory service and the police will do very little about it, as some of them get paid off by the triads.

I am sure amongst all the bad services there are also good ones, unfortunately I have not heard of any yet, maybe some other bros will have some good recomendations. I have a business trip to KL coming up later on in the year so I am interested in a good answer also

I've used local services AND one internet site when I'm in Malaysia.  These make arrangements for girls to come to my hotel..... ovenight was about $250 US.  Make sure you have extra condoms for overight as this is one of the tricks girls will pull.... only bringing one or two.... for a 8 hrs stay.
