If your not Korean and can't speak Korean, then you will have a hard time in Korea/Seoul. Are you Asian? If you are Asian then you may try to disguise yourself perhaps together with a local. Try their red light districts, such as oh pal pal cheo 588 behind the lotte store then just walk through and see if they call you. If they do, your lucky as a foreigner perhaps  if they figure this out there might be a premium, otherwise you can try anmas. However, these shops have very low quality for foreigners and charge lot more. Not the best place for foreigners.

Incheon

I'm living in Incheon...
I read some of the threads about the methods and ways to go about it.

are the places like 588 and stuff still the places to go? or have that all changed?

also i read some where that they were closing a lot of the places because of police involvement. so I was a bit dubious about that. nothing to be afraid of???

Last year I went, 588 was still there.  Like Japan, you'll have to try your luck.  Some will accept foreigners willingly (more so if you're asian).

Look for places that say "안마" (pronounced anma).  They usually provide FS.  Places around Samseong/Gangnam stations are more likely to accept foreigners.  It doesn't hurt to ask as it is quite "legal".

I don't know about the RLD (588, etc.) but the "others" i.e. FS massage, rooms, etc, are not legal in Korea, and there are often crackdowns

588 is not in samseong/gangnam area, cost was 60,000 won for 20 minutes i think.

안마 is not legal, but pretty rampant.  I haven't been catching up on Korean news, so I don't know about crackdowns.  Expect to be paying 120,000 to 200,000 won.

For locals the rate is 70k for 20 mint and 100k for half hour. As you are Chinese, you can only use your mouth when needed up to the point at which you have already got the payment done with. A simple nod of acceptance with the girl and walk in present the cash would be the way using fingers as time/money communication. You can even act like your tongue cannot talk (disabled) ... that way as long as you dress like a "Korean" then it can be hard for girl to think your "foreigner" haha but I think that's very cheap. But funny.

Keep out from things in Korea related to the topics on this site . Korea is a police state with full surveillance, one of its kind,
and has very strong laws which are being enforced. It is not possible to use no-name phones in Korea(up to three years in jail)
and there are reports of rape charges by prostitutes etc. The government sees, tracks and knows what people are doing.
Better places are HK(legal) and Japan(in fact decriminalized). You can go on short flights to HK or Japan if it is legal that way
in your country.

Sadly, I'd have to agree with your assessment. Not about the police state, (may be true, I'm not sure), but about the desert of P4P. I traveled there pretty frequently for years and was never able to get inside the system. Every once in a while I'd score at a hotel bar with a freebie, but even then the girls were looking over their shoulder every time they talked to me. Korean guys, even perfect strangers,  would have no problem yelling at them for having a drink with a white guy.

I liked the Korean people and the girls are beautiful, but they are a very, very tight  knit community. I've never seen anything like it anywhere else.

I went there in 2009. I'm not Korean but part Chinese part Japanese.

I speak NO Korean and many of the WG thought I was Japanese.

I did absolutely fine at 588 and also at Sincheon where they had a stripmall type arrangement of WG barbershops. Some ... for lack of a better word white people did ok too.

There is no problem punting in korea … if you can get someone to show you the ropes I'll be even better !

Years ago, there were even agents organising groups in hk going to seoul for weekends … arranging girls to stay with you for 3 days 2 nights

Do not even try. Brothels are being on the final stage of being forcibly closed, with asset and money confiscation before guilty verdict. There is critics by the general public on the radical feminist regime's policy to distribute $20000 for women of these places. Remaining places are full of plain cloth oinkers transferred from riot control units(I was  a student activist in the '80s so I know) and under dense camera surveillance-the system they have in China is related to Korea's. Thus equally capable-they know where you were. Rape charges and guilty verdicts are possible in Korea with zero evidence and the consequences are draconian-the prostitutes can exploit this to extort money and this often happens. Go to Germany as there are $400 roundtrip tickets and its is legal and CHEAPER there and there are no ridiculous laws like in Korea.
