If I had to guess, I would say I had ~25 bbbjs in the past 18 months. No health issues at all. Now a bit paranoid and I’m more or less staying away from the whole thing, but I am duly surprised and impressed there has never been an issue.

But, frankly, my biggest fear is herpes and the condom doesn’t stop that anyway.

I do have an SO and the paranoia is primarily caused by not wanting to bring anything home. If I were single, I really wouldn’t be overly stressed - worst case scenario is you get something unpleasant, whereas for me, the worst case is my life falls apart. That’s why I’m trying to maturely focus only on SA and wrap up in all contexts...and also keep the numbers down a bit.

I got tested a while ago and no issues. Have had some fun since then and no symptoms.

If you partake in this hobby, there is always a chance of contracting some STD.  Chlamydia and gonorrhea are fairly rampant, especially in sex workers who service 10-20 punters per day.
The chances of contracting an STD is lessened if you cover up for FS, and even better if you are OK with CFS.  Important factors to consider when evaluating your risk:

1)  Is the WG someone smart / cautious / pays attention to her own health and well-being?  You can tell from whether she smells fresh, takes showers herself, uses mouthwash routinely, etc.  Look around the room, is it well-kept or is it just a freakin mess?  Is the trash bin full of unused condoms?  Are there new/fresh towels available for you to use?
2)  Older WG tend to be more health conscious.  They have either learned the hard way, or they gain some knowledge through experience.  I find very inexperienced, new and younger WG to be a bit more clueless when it comes to overall health and well-being.
3)  Do they offer BBFS?  This is a big red flag.
4)  Here is where SA "amateurs" may offer a bit of an advantage, and you hope they are not cycling through as many partners as working gals.  But not necessarily, LOL.  SA girls often go bare with their SO, BF or husbands, and that adds another layer of risk.
5)  smell test - does the pussy have a certain odor?  Check for any vaginal discharge.  Gonorrhea can have a green mucus discharge.  BV has a fishy smell.  Candida has a cheezy stench.  But many others are silent.
6)  ask the girl if they are on any contraception.  I tend to view any form of oral contraception / IUD / patch / anything as a soft red flag.  One of the reasons to be on contraception is to have BBFS, with someone...
7)  ask the girl how often they masturbate.  This is mostly for SA girls.  If they masturbate a lot, it's likely because they are sexual and likely because they may not have a full-time sex partner.  Or the guy is not pleasuring her fully, LOL    This is a good sign.  If they masturbate rarely or never, it's because they are fucking guys everyday, or they hate sex, LOL!  Bad sign.

If you have an SO and you have BB sex, you are definitely at risk of transferring some STD which is difficult to explain.  WATCH OUT.   Lots of marriages and relationships break up starting with this revelation.

Thanks for the well-thought out answer.

Personally, I always do covered FS, never bb, unless its with SO.
I just wanted to  assess the risk of getting bbbj s as I'm not interested in bbfs.

You guys really think a WG's clientele,  working habits, amateurs / semi pro, tidiness … would lessen one's chance of catching something ?  Really ?  Really ?  Really ?

If you are so worried … either abstain or make sure there's no exchange of bodily fluids !

In my opinion, yes. being observant and selective does lessen the chance of catching something.

I think the easiest way to frame this is by reversing the questions- Do your own sexual choices (other than abstaining) lessen one's chance of catching something? I would say its a resounding yes (doing any WG's bareback, receiving bbbj vs cbj etc etc etc)

STD risk

If a guy has a STD, he has a greater likelihood of transmitted to a girl in BBBJ.  Likely from CIM or swallowing.
If a girl has STD (which is in her oropharyngeal region), the transmission rate to a guy during BBBJ is lower (than vice-versa).

BBFS / vaginal sex / anal sex is a different story all-together. Transmission rate is roughly equal both ways.  But a bit higher from infected guy to uninfected girl.

Funny story.  I hooked up with a girl last weekend.  We went back to her place after a walk on the boardwalk, things got going, etc etc.  She tells me she'd rather I wear a condom for the BJ.  I'd literally never in my life even thought about such a thing with someone who isn't a WG and seems like a clean, responsible person (but of course, looks can always deceive you).

Either way, I told her I totally understand and went along with it.  Great head btw, and got a nice CBJ lying down, then standing with her kneeling on the bed.  She then lay back, wanted me to mount her, but I slid her head to the edge of the bed and gave her a nice throat railing.    Anyway, it went on with a few more positions.  If you're going to make me strap up for the BJ this is my vengeance upon thee.  LOL!  Joking.

Anyway, point of it all?  I wound up taking her ass and finishing in there via doggy, only to discover.... The damned condom had broken!  Note to all: do not use those stupid bareskin condoms for anal.

I just found it amusing, as I'd really only wanted a BJ and had she given me a BBBJ I'd probably just have finished in her mouth.  Instead, finished in her ass....  Twisted irony.  Fortunately, I'm completely clean so she'll be all good but I felt horrible for her when we realized what had happened.  ;D

Obviously bbfs is a big no! The risk is way too high, especially when with wg. Have to admit, a bbbj is very hard to resist, to the point of no resistance.

I share my experiences with you:
I started seeing WGs 28 years ago. It started with all services covered.
After one year, a WG just did BBBJ and from them I was only looking for girls doing BBBJ and CIM.
2 years later, a WG I was seeing regularly offered BBFS. We did it after she did show me her STD screening results.
Since 25 years now, I have fucked probably 200-300 WGs bareback. Never used a condom again.
Believe it or not but I have fucked them all BB: FKK girls in Germany; massage ladies in Hongkong, Bangkok, Singapore, Sydney, Shanghai,... ; Wanchai bar ladies; walk-ups like Siu Siu,...; so called high end escort ladies throughout the world.
There were times when I fucked 5 or 6 WGs BB a week (when I was young ;) in the German FKK.
I only got gonorrhea once. It was 10 years ago when I did 2 WGs BB in Vienna/Austria.
5 month ago, after fucking an escort girl BB, I had symptoms 10 days after the fuck. Headache, fatigue, hurting arms and legs. I got panic. Went for STD screening (syph., hep. A/B/C, HIV, gonorrhea, chlamydia) 3 months later. I was going slightly mad until I got the results. Fortunately, all results were negative. Big relief!
I haven't fucked a WG since. But I guess I might start fucking them again some day. Will I use condoms? To be honest, I don't know... flesh is weak...
Guess I have been lucky all those years.

I think if you’re seeing wgs reguarly it’s a risk you take.

Life is risk and reward for everything...you take a risk and live with your consequence.   Your chance of fucking up permanently has risks but you move on that’s life.  Until it becomes real the only thing you can control are your own choices.  For me the question is to fuck or not.  Your safety is only changing by degrees not by exponential amounts.

Have fun and stay safer

An acquaintance worked as a haematologist for HK’s public sector Social Hygiene Clinics that treats STDs.  He shared this info.

By HK law, it is mandatory to test for HIV, Syphilis, Gonorrhea (throat, vagina & anus) and Chlamydia (throat, vagina & anus).  A regulated STD test in HK must cover these 4 Primary infections at minimum.

HK public sector clinics do NOT test for Hepatitis B, Herpes, HPV (Human Papillomavirus), Molluscum, NSU (Non-Specific Urethritis), Trichomonas & related wart+lesion+blister+pus Secondary infections.  While these infections are categorised as “Secondary”, they are in no way “Minor” or less damaging to vital organs. They are still commonly transmitted STDs - even without wounds/tears in the mouth/skin, parasites can be transmitted via an exchange of saliva (DFK) or if the man eats out and licks the lady’s vagina/anus (bacterial mucus). So, even if you have a CBJ; but, do 69 & DATY on the WG without a dental dam, parasites will end up in your mouth.

Once you are infected by one STD, regardless Primary or Secondary, you become much more susceptible to any other STD - i.e. it is WRONG to view STDs as isolated incremental infections and mutually separate of each other.

Public clinics do not test Secondary infections, as they are already incurring the costs of providing a free STD test of Primary infections to eligible HKID residents. Private doctors (given their charges) may configure the STD test(s) to include specific Secondary infections depending on medical history and number of days since the date of unprotected sex.

Window periods for accurate testing are: 10 days, 28 days & 90 days from the date of unprotected sex.

All said, definitely a sausage beanie for capped intercourse; but, add … CBJ, dental dam & gloves … most bros will suffer a boner crush with nothing erotic left over to get excited about.
