Huh!  Well, I suppose they monitor IP location to ensure the profiles are somewhat accurate?  But aVPN is not a proxy-sever, so your china address would still be communicated to their server.  (right?).  Even if you used a proxy-server (which WILL mask your location) you would need to ensure the one you claim matches the one the proxy-server will give you.  

To be honest, though, I am not so sure WYP will be terribly useful in China - where so many other punting choices exist.  But I could be wrong. I am curious to learn if it is valuable..., so please let us know!

Now that you've tested the waters you see that it indeed is worth your time to word your profile properly, and to read their's carefully too.

Make sure your own profile states things like you are "not looking for a serious relationship" or "let's just have fun and kisses" or something.  For example, in my profile I stated I am looking for a "fast-paced, mutually beneficial relationship, so if you are the type to play-hard-to-get I am not your man."  The hope is gals that are seeking more will filter themselves out and not wink at me...  My profile is pretty clear, I think, and it hasnt stopped the winks at all!  

Likewise some of the female profiles will say things that suggest she wont just jump into bed quickly.  Fair enough.., next.

I am more concerned about wasting my time than I am about wasting a $100.  So I try to be as careful and clear as possible before actually meeting.

I should have asked to see more photos too because the girl didn't have any face photos. If she had sent actual face photos, I would have moved on. Always good to ask for photos from a girl who only has body pics.

Sorry to hear about the recent unmet expectations from some of the WYP dates.  I am always happy to answer questions and provide input, but we are all on the hook to ensure the due diligence is completed.

WYP, well, not too much luck on this front I am afraid. Had 2 dates with not much success although one of the girls I met was actually really nice. Definitely someone who I would meet again. In fact arranged to meet again in a few weeks. Furthest I got was tongue tennis with the other chick. Honestly, not my type, totally blonde. Would not stop talking.

WYP is affiliated with seekingarrangement. This site I have had more luck with. Managed to hook up with 3 girls in the space of 2 weeks. One married girl, a single mum and a university chick.
