This is how the site works.  

The Offer she sent you is her "agreement" that she'll date you if you pay her $163 dollars.  (again, why she used such a random number is un-explainable --- everybody uses round numbers, normally).  But whatever.  Maybe this number has some symbolic reason???

Anyway...

A "Wink" on this site means that the gal liked your profile and wants you to make an offer.  It's a pre-approval.  Go for them.

From what I have seen (And keep in mind I am NOT a pro on this site, just a newbie myself)  the actual dollar amount doesn't really matter.  Everyone I have messaged with $100 bid has agreed.  Go lower and you'll get rejected.

The reality is you don't expect to meet for a happy-hour drink and just give her $100 for the privilege of being seen with her.  So be rather direct your profile about what you are after:  No-strings-attached-sex.  With compensation.

The only "odd" thing I have seen with the site is that every gal seems to be real!  I received waayyy more Winks than I can handle.  (or afford).

So if you meet and it doesn't work out,are you still supposed to pay the $100?

Just to clarify.  The girls that send you an offer are telling you what they want for a first date.  The girls don't pay you anything.  In fact, the girls on this site don't pay anything.  Not a penny to join.

On the picture issue, Wander is correct about locking the pic until you allow them to view it.  I don't use that approach.  What I do is put up a pic that is unrecognizable.  Like thirty feet away from me or something.  Then all my other photos are hidden until I send a girl an offer.  I find having at least one photo showing gets me many more offers and winks.

I buy points in bulk, 1000 points for $250.  My average offer like Wander is $100.  If the girl accepts, it costs me 20 points to unlock communication.  If you send an offer over $200, you must have at least 40 points in your account to send it.  

This is a dance, not unlike what you see in Wan Chai.  Here is some more advice on making connections, the right connections.

1. Wnader mentions looking for girls with "no strings attached" listed in what they are looking for on their profile.  While I agree this is a good indicator, if you want a lock solid, DTF girl, look for "married dating & discreet affair" in their preferences.  I am 100% hook up with girls with that in their profile.

2. Make your offer, if she accepts, send a quick message like this, "Thanks for accepting my offer.  I am excited to actually meet up. The site is slow on email notification, here is my number, 123-555-1212, text works so much better for me, Jake."  The biggest reason you want to get off the site and on to text is that if by chance you get a chick that is a prude and you mention compensation and sex in an email on the board, she can report you and out you go, losing any points you may still have in the bank.  I haven't fallen victim to this, but I read a thread about it in another site.  So get the connection, and get off the site.  If you are too worried about giving her your number, you are beyond my help.  Two words, Google Voice.

3. After you begin the text conversation, quickly ask what she means by discreet affair.  It doesn't matter if you are single, tell her you are looking for something that will be intimate, and you are a generous guy once you find the right girl. Never make the first offer.  I had a girl last week tell me that seeing her would be expensive.  I said really, how much?  She said $500-$1000 for a weekend.  I fucked her brains out that night and gave her $100.  She was 19, 5', 90lbs, and a wildcat in bed.  That was for almost seven hours together.

No brain surgery here fellas, just jump in and get your feet wet.  In the last 18 months on WYP I have meet and bedded well over 30-40 girls.  I literally have one to three in every US city I travel to on a given week.  Different girl each night is always possible.  A week ago in Atlanta, four nights, three girls with one repeat.  Total outlay, $1000.  Three of the girls stayed overnight.  In the US you can hardly sniff an overnight for less than a grand.

There are some pros on the site, but they are easy to spot.  They are the ones that send you an offer for $400-1000.  I reject them and move on.  I can find a pro anywhere, anytime.

Depending on where you are based, I would advise you to reject offers from girls that are from too far away.  I have found these to be a waste of my points.  

I will normally only accept an offer from a girl if I have previously viewed her profile or sent her a wink.  This has made my connections much more successful.

Speaking of which, I was going to ask: do you frequently change your Location as you travel?  I'm in SoCal now, and off to Vegas next week.  Or leave it be, and just mention my travel destinations in my profile, or change my Location as I go?

A tip --- unlike other dating websites the gals WILL reply.  So dont waste time making offers or winks to 30 gals -- you'll end up with 30 dates!

I just call out in my profile that I travel extensively for work and if I send you an offer, that means I will be in your area.  Some girls still don't get that, after the second offer and they decline "too far away"' I move on.  I have a low tolerance for stupid.

I currently have 29 accepted dates.  I haven't opened communication with all of them, but they are "in the pipeline". You can have as many dates as you want without cost.  The cost comes from opening the communication.

Another point/tip.  Pay close attention to the last time a girl was on the site.  If I see a girl I am interested in I make sure she has been active in the last two weeks.  I may expand that to a month.  The longer they are inactive, I will normally just send an offer and skip the wink.  That way if they are on the fence about the site or going on a date they have a solid offer from me to consider.

Another little approach I have been using is to refine my searches to focus on new members first.  It is kind of like a first off the bus, fresh meat situation.  Most likely they are learning, not solid on their prices, and there is an opportunity for a low cost score.  I am continually surprised how little or low quality sex many of these girls are getting.  I'm happy to help out.

I bet 30% of my dates, I am the first guy the girl has actually met from the site.

Good God, register on the site using my Australian suburb  expecting to maybe see a few girls given it is based in the USA - but I get 430 within 100 miles of me & more than 1600 across the eastern seaboard area.. It's like the mother load of girls looking for some adventure.
I've decided playing locally is not a good idea so will try other cities when away for a night or two for work.

There are a lot of different nuances of this thing.  After being a member for about 18 months I have played out most of the scenarios in one way or the other.  There really isn't a wrong way, just more costly than others.

Well, you need to be pretty specific in your profile (without actually saying you are looking for hookers -- they will ban that), and when you actually start messaging a gal be rather blunt again.  So, by the time you actually decide to meet and pay a gal for "just a drink" you already know she is open to P4P if the vibe is right.  

I've only met 3 gals so far, and bedded 2 of them quickly.  The one I didnt simply went inexplicably weird:  we met, the date was fun and good, she was hot, we clicked, I told her what I wanted.  She agreed and was happy about it.  We talked price.  Cool.  I had to leave then, so another nite was planned.  She messaged shortly after I left all excited and happy.  Then...  a day later, tripled her price on me.  Why?  I got no idea.  Scammed me for $100?  Maybe..  I dont really know.

There is no sure-fire way to be certain.  None of the gals will say they are hookers -- they cant, the site will ban them.  So ya got read between the lines.  Make sure your own profile is clear enough.

When you start messaging or txting you can make it even clearer.
