Hi I am after a fit girl, you know the dancer or gymnast type, slim but with good muscles and maybe a six pack. Slim muscular legs for sure.    It must be possible. Tbh, there are many many WG/HG's who have the toned body you are looking for. A 6-pack will be almost impossible to find to be fair. For a woman to develop a 6-pack her bodyfat levels will have to be very low, like a bodybuilder - and women have less T levels so even harder to build a 6-pack than men.

Many of the girls do not like that kind of look. I have met a few in China but it is very rare. There is a regular lady I see where I am from who used to be a professional Gymnast in China. She still has a great body and she has a ripped six pack abs.

Those are few but can be found. But I remember only one girl last year who had a 6-pack. So you let's say you have a 1% chance for that.
