Conqueror?

What's with this title under some of these usernames?  I saw a few 'conqurerors'.  Any benefits?  How to move past a newbie title??

Seems it is based on time online, perhaps also number of posts.

I would like to know what the money is, cus if it goes to exchange at $1 to 1, then I can see a lot more posts coming so guys can get some freebies each month.
