Since I am deaf, I am wondering if there's such alternative method to reach the agent other than calling.  I noticed that the Q, XL, and LG offer their phone number only.  I am wondering if there's a way to reach them via texting, WeChat, or Whatapp?   Any tips about this would be appreciated as I am visiting HKG next week and just want to prepare myself to save more time instead of using the walk-up 141.

I usually just look through the wechat photo and pick out which number and ask if they are available at the time i want. Xl usually answer me pretty quick. And the appointment is set and i get the address to the hotel.
