Telegram in the states
I’m recognizing that telegram is a toll for SW in other countries but what about the US? I see the “people nearby” soliciting but is it real? I always thought it was all just scams that all start of with “I need $50 for deposit”.
Anyone stateside have any luck on telegram?
If not telegram what other app platforms are better for this? | |
