As someone who frequent Japan and frequent that area, I ghihly recommend planning a 1 week plus trip just so you can not only thoroughly explore the none mongering part of Japan day time, and go window shopping for the girls there at night. There is a review site for tobita shuchi too but it is in Japanese, it is helpful!
