Seeking Arrangement
Thanks for posting this, I used to use SA (Seeking Arrangement, now just "Seeking") when I travelled a few years ago. I used Seeking in Europe and Canada as a way of having a bit of a "tour guide with benefits" - in both cases picked a lady in their mid-20s (I was in my mid-30s then), and it worked out pretty well. Typically I met them after work/school, and we did a bit of a walk around followed by dinner or drink and a few hours of dessert at my hotel 
For the guys wondering, yes, bareback is pretty much the norm, these girls probably aren't seeing dozens of guys a week, so your odds of getting an STD are fairly low - pregnancy is more of a risk.

However, I think what's changed now is that girls are more open to direct approaches, especially on Sugar Daddy Meet (Seeking is much more strict on any money talk on its message board). But yes, once you've talked with someone, offer them a number to text you (or get Snap - lots of girls in North America are using it now, but I am not sure what is used in Asia)
As far as costs, yes when I started in in the mid-2010s and was younger, $200 CDN was pretty standard for a few hours, but now you're looking at $400-500 seems to be the number that gets me in. Mind you, this is for a couple of hours of time, so if you figure what that would get you from an escort, it's a pretty good deal I think.
I've heard stories of guys going down to the Dominican and using dating apps like DominicanCupid for similar success, so it's definitely a fun way of expanding your options.
