I shave frequently (balls, penis, and the general crotch area) using a high quality razor.  After I shave, I use first aid ointment such as Neosporin to sooth the skin, moisture it, and to treat any cuts or nicks caused by the razor.

The only thing that I don't like about shaving are the ingrown hairs.  I use a high quality tweezer like TweezerMan to pull out stubborn hairs or hairs that have grown back into the skin.

Overall, I would say that most females favor the shaved look.  The only negatives are the stubble that irritate the females or explaining to your healthcare provider why I am shaved.

Monger on my friends!
