Muay Thai or Muay Thai.

That can make you fitter and a powerful fighter in 12 months. You can do Wing Chun or any other art for years and not be a powerful fighter.

Do be wary the conditioning for Muay Thai is brutal and the sparring involves knocking the hell out of each other so you will get hit and hurt while doing it.

I know several masters in the New Territories they've been training their own styles all their lives and they're wary of Muay Thai fighters.

It's why so many MMA fighters base their style around it.
