Rakuten (not Rakuten) Massage has an entrance directly on Sukhumvit. You can see it, and the big Rakuten sign, from the Skytrain platform. The only other such facility with that degree of visibility is Tulip Massage on the other side.
I haven't visited, but I bet you can book a technician and likely upgrade your service (at the desk or in the room) for a fee. Momo and Pretty are just around the corner.
