Contact tracing

Hi all,

Does anyone know what the legal obligations are around disclosing whereabouts for the purposes of contact tracing?

I haven't punted in a fair while but what I fear is visiting a working girl, and then becoming symptomatic a few days later. In this situation, would one be legally required (in HK) to disclose that they visited a working girl and what would happen if this wasn't disclosed (for embarrassment, SO, etc.)

Thanks
