I’m not the most experienced, but I’d probably say Hong Kong. If you’re looking for quality, selection, and safety at a decent price... you probably can’t get better than HK.
Despite the protests, the city is still very safe overall. Even shady looking places are pretty safe. Mongering is legal, and you can browse the buildings until you find exactly what you want at the price you want as long as your expectations are completely ridiculous. I’ve seen some amazing looking girls for a fraction of what you’d pay elsewhere.
Of course... mainland China is cheaper... but it isn’t legal. Although the risks aren’t too high, it’s still much higher in regards to both personal safety and legal risk. | |
