Do what other people have said in their replies and just use your hands and the free porn. I have to say that I am extremely careful I have only punted twice during this period. I like your approach! Paying for two sessions just so you can sanitize and get the place comfortable for you. What did your girl wear? Was she also wearing a mask?
I have often thought about seeing a girl now but just not sure how it would go. The shower at the beginning of the session would be a no-go for me - too many water droplets that could splash back. For me, I think I would just make sure I am wearing a good mask and then have lots of some sort of sanitizer spray to douse all my cloths afterwards. Also, its hard to breath when strenuously working out...how did you manage with a mask? Am assuming you just lay there while she did all the work.
