With the bar scene all you need to do is get yourself a drink, sit down and have a look around if there are any girls you like. If there is a girl you like call her over and buy her a drink (she gets commission from the drink so she won't refuse). Have a chat with her and I am sure the topic of what are you looking for will come up. In Hua Hin some bars have rooms upstairs, if not you can rent a room by the hour at other bars.
