Yes, 61-63 Pilkem is a depressing, dilapidated building with old rundown rooms to match.  It does play a factor in decreasing the overall atmosphere.  Anyway, I plan on never visiting this building again.

Is the place you mention in Mong Kok, King Hing building?  This is one of the buildings I've heard a lot about, but have yet to walk the hallowed halls of.

I've been going to the same dozen or so buildings for the past few years.  I need new scenery.
