Annie at Reiki will make sure your taken care of, and a number of her girls speak a pretty good amount of English
Otherwise on Kowloon side at Serenity, Jessica or Christine speak very good English, and will also make sure you're taken care of
otherwise if you want a really good sauna, with hot pools etc in HK, thats very good without 'ahem' officially offering special service
