The two guys running 141, Chen Shiyan (20) and Cheung Mingwen (31), were charged back in in 2005 for conspiracy to rely on living on the earnings of prostitution. Both pleaded not guilty, and looks like the charge did not amount to anything other than maybe fines. The guys were then smart enough to move their server from Hong Kong to America. | |
