The quality of the girls have gone down a bit over the years and the prices have gone up, should be the other way around imo. Yeah if I go with a gweilo they usually don't charge me, and I don't believe they charge locals as well.  I was probably the only foreign asian there and as I sat by the bar, I noticed NOBODY used one of the drink tickets I got at the door.   The management probably doesn't give a crap, they will just come up with some sort of b.s. excuse to make up for their discrimination.   I mentioned to the door guy " i wasn't charged last time " and his response was " you got lucky. " i was like whatever.   Hopefully I will have some luck at 37d tomorrow, hope the girl I had last time is working.  The hg's look nice, but since I don't do FS anymore, its not a very attractive offer, where as at 37d I can get a cbj and at least 2 pops.
