you don't need to have testicles to achieve erection and orgasm. of course, there will be no, er, male essence issuing forth. plus, a eunuch's testosterone levels would be lower.
it occurs to me i don't know much about eunuchs, thus:

the above notation kinda gives me the creeps ("rendered inactive"?!?) but it seems that sexual function continues...although i imagine after months or years of no-testosterone your sexual functionality would cease.
all that said, VN gals often have naught but a slight quiff of moi, and i like it.
